Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • There is a manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the packaging.
  • The incorrect product was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built wooden packaging designed specifically for a client’s order.
  • Used, tampered, or altered packaging materials.
  • Orders returned after 7 days from delivery.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Inspection: We may request images or arrange for an inspection.
  3. Approval & Replacement: If eligible, we will process a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After processing, cancellations are not allowed
