Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- There is a manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the packaging.
- The incorrect product was delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built wooden packaging designed specifically for a client’s order.
- Used, tampered, or altered packaging materials.
- Orders returned after 7 days from delivery.
Return Process
- Initiate Request: Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Inspection: We may request images or arrange for an inspection.
- Approval & Replacement: If eligible, we will process a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After processing, cancellations are not allowed
